The Space Partner providing the workspace determines the cancellation policy for each space. Cancellation policies are:
Unlimited
For a full refund of the booking fee, the user must cancel before the start of the booking. If the user cancels after the reservation has started, the booking fee will not be refunded.
Flexible
For a full refund of the booking fee, the user must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the booking. The booking fee will not be refunded if the user cancels less than 24 hours in advance.
Strict
For a full refund of the booking fee, the user must cancel at least seven full days before the start of the booking. The booking fee will not be refunded if the user cancels less than seven days in advance.
Before making a reservation, the Spacent App will let you know the latest possible cancellation time. If no specific time is given at this stage, the reservation falls under the Unlimited Cancellation Policy, and you may cancel it anytime before it starts.
The reservation details always list the latest possible cancellation time after making the reservation. To cancel your reservation, go to the Reservations tab of the Spacent App and scroll down to Cancellation. This is also where you can cancel it if the space partner's cancellation policy still allows it.
