You can submit you feedback to us through the App in two ways.
General feedback can be submitted within the Account tab by clicking the Send feedback button at the bottom of the page, and sending an email to our Support Team.
Besides the general feedback, we are interested to hear how your visit was when you've visited one of our workspaces. After the reservation, the App automatically asks you to give feedback on your reservation the following day. You may also find this function manually by looking up any past reservation from the Reservations tab, click on it, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Give feedback.
