I can’t access the admin portal, what should I check?

Make sure you’re using the correct work email registered with Spacent and that you’ve been granted Admin rights to the Spacent Management Tool. 

If needed, ask your Spacent contact or Support Team (support@spacent.com) to grant admin access.
