You can cancel a reservation with the following steps: Open Reservations tab → Choose the reservation → Cancel reservation. If you need to cancel after the cancellation policy has expired, please contact support@spacent.com.
Refunds follow the cancellation policies shown when booking the space: Unlimited (cancel before start), Flexible (≥24h), or Strict (≥7 days):
Unlimited
For a full refund of the booking fee, user must cancel before the start of the booking. If user cancels after the reservation has started, the booking fee will not be refunded.
Flexible
For a full refund of the booking fee, user must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the booking. The booking fee will not be refunded if user cancels less than 24 hours in advance.
Strict
For a full refund of the booking fee, user must cancel at least seven full days before the start of the booking. The booking fee will not be refunded if user cancels less than seven days in advance.
Before making a reservation, the Spacent app will let you know the latest possible cancellation time. If no specific time is given at this stage, the reservation falls under the Unlimited Cancellation Policy, and you may cancel it anytime before it starts. After making the reservation, you can always check the latest possible cancellation time from the reservation details.
