To cancel your Monthly Plan, submit a request. Your plan will be cancelled according to the termination period of your plan, starting from the day you contact us.
Monthly Plans have no fixed term and can be terminated with a 3-month notice. Enterprise & Own Office services offer 1- or 3-month notice options.
Please include the email address or company name you signed up with in the cancellation message.
