If your company is a Spacent business client and you have an upcoming working desk (hot desk) reservation, you can invite a guest from the Reservations tab. Guests must be from outside your organisation. Colleagues need their own Spacent access through your company. You can invite guests only to working desk reservations at selected locations.
Each month, you can invite up to three guests for free, and the Account tab shows how many invites you have left.
